- This zip-up riding vest is designed to be thin, lightweight, and quick-drying. With high-quality wetsuit style neoprene, it is recommended to fit tightly when brand new. Keep in mind that the neoprene material has the ability to stretch up to 10% when wet and in use. Please note that this vest is not approved by the coast guard.
